Jore Saavedra Perez, who was arrested in the shooting death of Jamie Hernandez at the Mandarin Restaurant in Maryville last December has plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter, a class B felony. Originally charged with second-degree murder, Perez entered the guilty plea in front Nodaway County Judge Roger Prokes this morning. (0) comments
Nicolas Rosencrans showed no emotion as he plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter Aug. 19 in Buchanan County court. "I have no excuse for what happened," he said to Judge Randall Jackson.
